Hotspot is included on every Roambee plan at no extra cost. Shared data comes out of the same plan allowance.

1. 1 iPhone

   Make sure the Roambee line is selected for mobile data, then open Settings → Personal Hotspot → Allow Others to Join. Set a Wi-Fi password and connect the other device.

2. 2 Android

   Settings → Network & internet → Hotspot & tethering → Wi-Fi hotspot: On. The hotspot uses whichever SIM is set for mobile data, so choose Roambee there first.

3. 3 How much data it uses

   Laptops use far more data than phones: system and cloud updates can take several GB. Pause automatic updates and cloud sync, and set the hotspot network as metered on Windows or as Low Data Mode on macOS.

   You can watch the remaining data in the Roambee app and top up the same eSIM at any time.

4. 4 Fair use

   Plans are for personal use. Sharing with your own devices or a travel companion is fine; running servers or reselling data is not (see the Terms of Use).
