These terms apply to creators, publishers and businesses in the Roambee partner programme (partners.roambee.io). They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Short version: share your code or link, your audience gets a perk, and you earn 10–20 % commission on what they buy.

  1. 1. The programme

The programme is run by T&T 2026 Ltd (trading as Roambee), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17490180), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("Roambee", "we"). You join as an independent partner: nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent or joint venturer, and you may not make promises or sign anything on our behalf.

You can apply at partners.roambee.io. We review every application and may decline one without giving reasons. You must be 18 or older, give accurate contact, payout and tax details, and keep them up to date. One partner account per person or company.

  2. 3. Attribution

Last click wins: a purchase is attributed to the partner whose link the customer opened most recently, within 30 days before the purchase.

A code typed at checkout overrides any link: if the customer enters a different partner’s code, that partner gets the order.

A customer you bring stays attributed to you for 12 months from their first purchase, unless they later arrive through another partner’s link or code.

Purchases by you, your household or accounts you control, and purchases made through incentivised, automated or forced clicks, are not attributed.

  3. 4. Commission and tiers

Commission is a percentage of the net amount the customer paid for the plan: the price after discounts and perks, excluding VAT and payment-provider fees, and less any refund or chargeback. Referral gift data and credit are not commissionable.

Tier 1: 10 % · Tier 2: 15 % · Tier 3: 20 %. Your tier for a calendar quarter follows your attributed net sales in the previous quarter: Tier 2 from €1,000, Tier 3 from €4,250. New partners start in Tier 1. A different rate agreed with you in writing takes precedence.

Your portal shows each attributed order, its commission and its status.

  4. 5. Holding period and payouts

Each commission stays pending for 14 days after the order, so that refunds and chargebacks can be settled, and then becomes available.

You can request a payout in the portal once your available balance is at least €50. Balances below the minimum carry over. Payouts are made in EUR by SEPA transfer, PayPal or USDT (TRC-20), to the account in your portal, usually within 10 working days of the request. You bear your own bank, wallet and currency-conversion fees.

If an order is refunded or charged back after its commission was paid (refunds can arrive up to 30 days after purchase), the commission is deducted from your next payout.

  5. 6. Self-billing

You agree that Roambee issues a self-billed invoice on your behalf for every payout, and you accept each such invoice. You will not issue your own sales invoices for the commission covered by a self-billed invoice.

Each self-billed invoice shows your name and address, our name and address, a unique sequential number, the date, the commission period, the amount and — if you tell us you are VAT-registered — your VAT number, the VAT rate and the VAT amount, or a reverse-charge note where it applies. It is available in the portal under Payouts.

Tell us within 14 days if you register or deregister for VAT, change your VAT number, or sell your business. Each payout request confirms that your details are correct.

This self-billing agreement lasts for 12 months and renews automatically for further 12-month periods while you are in the programme; it ends when your participation ends. You remain responsible for declaring the commission and paying any tax due on it. For UK VAT-registered partners it follows HMRC VAT Notice 700/62.

  6. 7. How to promote Roambee

Disclose the relationship clearly wherever you share a code or link (for example "ad" or "affiliate link"), as required by the ASA/CAP Code, the FTC Guides or your local rules.

Use only accurate claims and the prices shown on roambee.io. Do not promise coverage, speeds or savings we do not state.

Not allowed: bidding on "Roambee" or misspellings in search ads, spam or unsolicited messages, coupon or cashback sites without our written approval, pretending to be Roambee, altering our logos, and promoting to people under 16.

  7. 8. Ending the agreement

You can leave at any time in the portal or by email. We can end your participation with 14 days’ notice, or immediately for fraud or a serious breach of these terms.

When you leave, pending commission becomes available as usual and we pay any balance of €50 or more. Commission earned through fraud or a breach of these terms is forfeited and may be reclaimed.

  8. 9. Changes, liability and law

We may change these terms or the commission rates with at least 14 days’ notice by email and in the portal; changes never reduce commission already earned. Continuing in the programme after the change means you accept it.

Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
